Getting started
What is Agrilytics?
Agrilytics gives commercial farms one real-time view of the field, the harvest, the packhouse and the people, on a phone in the rows or a laptop in the office. Each part of the farm has its own module, and every module feeds the same live dashboards.
Which crops do you work with?
Most modules work for any crop. A few are built specifically for blueberries, and we already have tools serving tobacco growers, with a full tobacco suite on the way.
Can we start with just one module?
Yes. Most farms start with the module that solves their biggest headache, then add more as they see the value.
Can you build something you don’t offer yet?
Yes. We design bespoke modules to your specification. Tell us what you need and we’ll talk it through with you.
How do we see a demo?
Pick a time on our booking page and you’ll get a Teams invitation straight away, or send us a message and we’ll arrange a demo around the modules that matter to you.
In the field
Does it work without mobile signal?
Yes. Your team captures data offline in the field, and it syncs automatically as soon as the phone reconnects.
What devices do we need?
The apps run on the phones, tablets and laptops your team already uses.
Do you train our staff?
Yes. We set up the apps and train your team on the farm, and we’re on hand for support afterwards.
Do you supply any hardware?
Yes. Worker NFC bands are in use today, so workers can tap a wristband to record picks and attendance in seconds. A face recognition device and field probes for pH and EC are coming soon.
Your data
Who can see our farm’s data?
Only the people you give access to. Each farm’s data is kept private to that farm.
Where is our data kept?
Agrilytics runs on Microsoft’s business platform, with secure sign-in and reliable cloud hosting.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Any chart or table in AgriHub can be exported to Excel or CSV.
Does the Community Benchmark show our farm to others?
No. The benchmark is anonymous by design. No farm is ever named: you see your own farm against the Agrilytics community average, and nobody else sees yours. It compares farms within the Agrilytics community and is not an industry-wide or national ranking.
How do existing clients sign in?
Use the Client login button at the top of any page and sign in to AgriHub with your work Microsoft account.
Sprout and AI
What is Sprout?
Sprout is the AI assistant built into Agrilytics for foremen and supervisors. Ask about the harvest, sprays, people or costs in everyday words, and it answers from your own farm’s data. It’s live with selected clients and rolling out to more soon, on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Can AI change our records?
No. AI can look at your data but can’t edit or delete anything, and it only answers from your own farm’s information.
AgriPay
What is AgriPay?
AgriPay pays your workers, contractors and suppliers straight from the records your team already keeps in Agrilytics. It’s coming soon.
Do we have to use every part of AgriPay?
No. Each payment route stands on its own, so you can start with wages, picking pay, contractors and suppliers, pollination or procurement payments, and add the others when you’re ready.
How are workers paid?
Into a bank account or a mobile wallet, whichever suits them. We collect each worker’s documents and our payment partner opens their account, so set-up is seamless for the farm.
Pricing and support
How is Agrilytics priced?
Each module has its own monthly fee, so you only pay for the parts of the platform your farm uses. Book a demo and we’ll recommend the modules that will make the biggest difference.
